Heat Transfer
Heat Transfer or Direct to Film (DTF) is perfect for small orders under the 24-piece minimum for Screen Print. The minimum for DTF is only 1 piece! Whether you run a small business and only need a handful of shirts for your employees or you have a high color count graphic that will be too expensive to Screen Print, DTF is the perfect option for you!
How Does Direct to Film Work?
The Direct to Film (DTF) process begins by printing your custom design onto a special film using ink. Once printed, a powdered adhesive is applied then cured with heat to activate the glue. After curing, the design is ready to be heat pressed onto apparel. The design is positioned on the garment, and with the application of heat and pressure, the design bonds permanently to the fabric. The film is then peeled away, leaving behind a vibrant, soft, and durable print.
